MQTT connector

Use FairCom Edge as an MQTT connector to deliver device data to MQTT clients, other MQTT brokers, and other messaging systems, such as AMQP brokers, Kafka, IBM MQ, etc.

Abstract

FairCom Edge takes incoming data, transforms it, and publishes it to MQTT topics and external messaging systems, such as AWS IoT Core, Microsoft Azure IoT Hub, ThingWorx, Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, and so forth. This includes data FairCom Edge collects from devices, data it receives from MQTT messages, and data inserted by SQL, JSON DB, and FairCom's record buffer APIs.

FairCom Edge is an MQTT broker that guarantees MQTT message delivery to MQTT clients, other MQTT brokers, and other messaging systems. You configure FairCom Edge to take data inserted into an integration table and deliver it to MQTT topics, forward it to external MQTT brokers and messaging systems, or push it to enterprise REST APIs, cloud providers, and IoT platforms.
