API actions (mq session)

Action	Description
alterMqSession	alters the settings of an MQTT or MQ API session without disrupting the client.
createMqApiSession	creates a new MQ API session. It cannot create a new MQTT session.
deleteMqSession	inactivates or permanently removes a client's MQTT or MQ API session.
describeMqSessions	returns information about a client's MQTT or MQ API session.
listMqSessions	returns a list of MQTT or MQ API sessions that match a partial client name.
