Step 6 - Turn off precompiled headers

With the Property Pages window that we used in the previous step still set to All Configurations and All Platforms, navigate to Configuration Properties > C/C++ > Precompiled Headers, and make sure the Precompiled Header entry is set to Not Using Precompiled Headers.

As before, leave the Property Pages window open for the next step.
