A call to create a new file overwriting an existing one failed with c-treeACE error 12 (FNOP_ERR) and sysiocod -8, indicating a collision, if the existing file had been open in the recent past and ctree.conf enabled file pooling on the file. Similar problems could occur during copy affecting both the source and the target files. The logic has been modified to eliminate this problem.
