Index with Add Unique Keys First feature may have a record offset of 1 after automatic recovery

After automatic recovery, an index file that used the Add Unique Keys First feature (which includes all FairCom RTG indices) may have a record offset of 1 instead of the actual record offset. This caused an error when trying to read the record. The logic has been corrected to eliminate this problem.
