-makeidx

Add new indices to an existing file.

Usage

ctutil -makeidx file xdd_file

where:

• file - File name to create without extension
• xdd_file - Path to XDD file containing file definitions

NOTE: The XDD file must specify all the desired indices at the end of the operation including those that already exist in the file.
