ctSQLImportTable truncated password to 9 chars - possible 451 error (LPWD_ERR)
The ctSQLImportTable function truncated the password to 9 chars when validating it, which could cause an unexpected error 451 (LPWD_ERR). In c-treeRTG this could be seen in ctutil -sqlize when specifying the admin password.
