When a ctree.conf had multiple <instance> tags, a file that should belong to one instance was identified by the code as belonging to a different instance. This could cause the file to end up on a different server than expected or to have different settings. The logic has been modified to correct this issue. If the servers are all on the same machine (i.e., there is only a single occurrence of each file), then there should be no need for data cleanup.
