LOGON_FAIL_LIMIT <attempts>
The optional limit on the number of consecutive failed logons that causes subsequent logon attempts to fail for LOGON_FAIL_TIME minutes. A logon which fails during this period returns LRSM_ERR (584).
Default: 0 (no limit)
