In c-treeRTG, the ctutil -sqllink file path was prefixed with '.\' or './' if the path separator differed from the platform's path separator. The logic has been modified to accommodate both native and foreign path separators ('\' in Windows and '/' in Unix/Linux), which solves this problem.
