A memory leak was seen when creating an extended KSEGDEF index (this type of index is used only by c-treeRTG, Unicode, and JSON). The PUTKSEGDEF(ctKSEGcreidx) function leaked memory from a temporary buffer on success. The logic has been modified to correct this.
