This modification introduces a new c-treeRTG ctmigra option to replace the existing destination file. The option can be specified on the command line using either the single-dash or double-dash syntax:
--replace
-r
A 0 value for the --batch-size / -b option disables <batchaddition> / <bulkaddition> logic in c-treeRTG.
If both -c and -s / -d options are used, an error will be returned as they are mutually exclusive.
