FairCom DB SQL Import and c-treeRTG Sqlize No Longer Require Exclusive Access to Tables
Historically, the FairCom DB SQL Import procedure (called "sqlize" in c-treeRTG) required exclusive access to the table being imported. This requirement has been relaxed so the SQL Import operations do not require opening tables in exclusive mode.
