Avoid CTDBRET_CANTCHKUID Error During ctdbConnect()
When connecting to a database after compacting its superfile, there have been reports of a possible occurrence of error ‑21129 in SQL or error 4129 in c-treeDB. The logic has been modified to resolve this problem.
