Rebuild/compact with errorOnCorruptIFILoption enabled causes VLENGTH files to fail with DCPT_ERR (1107)
A rebuild or compact with errorOnCorruptIFILoption enabled caused all VLENGTH files to fail with DCPT_ERR error 1107. The logic has been modified to correct this.
