When ctSUSSRLSEGhdr was enabled in client/server, the client's record buffer was modified after a successful ADDREC/ADDVREC. The logic has been corrected so that ctSUSSRLSEGhdr temporarily disables SRLSEG auto-numbering, which is the expected behavior.
