Unicode conversion failed with VBSZ_ERR (153)

The c-treeDB functions ctdb_u16TOu8() and ctu16TOu8() may fail with VBSZ_ERR (153), or read past the end of the source array on non-Windows systems. The logic has been modified to eliminate this error.
