It is the number of threads used by the message handler to persist data in the table.
- More threads can process more messages at the same time.
- Each thread requires an active connection to the server, which may be limited by your c-tree license.
- Each additional thread requires additional CPU processing capacity.
"AlterPersistenceTopic" can modify this later.
