Returns the current FairCom DB transaction mode for the specified table.

owner VARCHAR(64)

table VARCHAR(64)

Returned modes:

• 0 No transaction control.
• 1 Transaction control without recoverability. (ctPREIMG)
• 2 Transaction control and recoverability. (ctTRNLOG)
