To use stored procedures, triggers and user-defined functions on Windows with Java 1.7 or later, you will need the MSVCR100.DLL, which is required by the Java Virtual Machine (jvm.dll). Because the Java installer does not provide the required DLL, the Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package must be installed to get it.
Notice that 32-bit Java SDK installations require the 32-bit redistributable and 64-bit Java SDK installations require the 64-bit redistributable.
