First Call

On the first call to DoBatch(), the mode parameter must be one of the following:

• BAT_GET: Retrieve matching records.
• BAT_DEL: Delete matching records.

In addition, you can OR in one of the constants from any, or all, of the optional groups listed in the following topics:

• Verify Option
• Result Option
• Lock Option
• Completion Option
• Automatic Batch Close Mode
