This method has no parameters.
Description
Indicate if a table has the $DELFLD$ internal field.
Return
Return true if the table has $DELFLD$ field and false if the table has no $DELFLD$ field or if the handle is invalid (not allocated, the table is not opened, is not a table handle, etc).
