The security administrator utility, sa_admin, now supports an alternative syntax for specifying options when creating user accounts, changing extended user settings, creating groups, and changing group memory settings. This new syntax is designed to be more intuitive and useful for security administrators. A user can choose to specify only the desired options, and they can be specified in any order. Prior to this change, all options had to be specified and they had to be specified in a particular order.
